Ok, so I made my goal for calories AND I lost 3lbs thus far but I eat a lot of crap!!!!! You know, I do pretty good at home, not a lot of temptation. At work, that is a different story. Yesterday that is where I ate the M&Ms and donut. Sabotage! This is hard but I am glad I have this journal to kick my ass. Its a real eye opener.
